Job Description

Outpace Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Quality Manager: FAO for a leading ITES company. This role is pivotal in overseeing and enhancing quality standards across products and services, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives. You'll analyze quality data, investigate root causes of defects, and implement corrective actions. The ideal candidate will possess Six Sigma Black Belt and Agile Scrum Master certifications, alongside strong leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills to drive service efficiency and customer experience excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Strategy & Oversight: Oversee and enhance quality standards, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Data Analysis & Improvement: Compile and analyze quality information, investigate root causes of defects, and recommend and implement corrective actions. Drive initiatives to improve service efficiency.
  • Policy & Procedure Development: Create effective process procedures, policies, and standards, staying updated with new quality control techniques.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Onboard, train, and mentor new quality control team members, fostering a high-performing team.
  • Client & Customer Management: Review customer feedback, understand demands, respond to service issues promptly, and maintain positive customer relationships. Collaborate with management teams and liaise with team leaders to meet client KPIs.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Assess service statistics, prepare detailed, informative reports, and maintain accurate records of all customer service activities and discussions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:Overall68 years of experience in customer service leadership.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Manager.
  • Experienced in client management.
  • Certifications:Six Sigma Black Belt and Agile Certified Scrum Master are mandatory.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to write clear and informative reports.
  • Good computer skills and ability to use business support software.
  • Strong project management, quality control, and resource planning skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain organized and meet deadlines.
