QUALITY MANAGER

Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems specific to plastic pipes and fittings production. Ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, ASTM, DIN, and other applicable piping standards. Oversee quality control processes for various types of plastic pipes, including: PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) Pipes HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) Pipes PPR (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) Pipes Manage incoming raw material inspections and supplier quality performance. Lead internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits. Handle non-conformance issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Work closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve product quality and reduce defects. Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Train and develop the quality team and promote a culture of continuous improvement
