Role Overview

The Quality Lead is responsible for executing and maintaining quality processes for ADAS, LiDAR, and video annotation programs. This role ensures annotation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with defined standards, while supporting continuous improvement and audit readiness for safety-critical AI/ML datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and adhere to defined quality standards, SOPs, and annotation guidelines for 2D/3D annotation, LiDAR point clouds, video labeling, object tracking, and sensor fusion
• Execute QC workflows including sampling, multi-level reviews, audits, RCA, CAPA, and defect tracking
• Monitor and report quality KPIs such as accuracy, precision, recall, defect density, and SLA adherence
• Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, client quality requirements, NDAs, and data security policies
• Act as a key quality contact for project teams during client reviews, audits, and escalations
• Guide, mentor, and train quality analysts and reviewers on annotation standards, tools, and common error patterns
• Conduct quality trainings on LiDAR fundamentals, annotation workflows, and tool usage
• Identify recurring quality issues, support root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
• Support Lean / Six Sigma initiatives to reduce rework and improve cycle time

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Working knowledge of ADAS and autonomous driving datasets, LiDAR point clouds, and video annotation
• Hands-on experience with annotation tools such as CVAT, Supervisely, or similar platforms
• Understanding of ML data validation, acceptance criteria, and dataset quality checks

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Engineering
• 3-4 years of experience in ADAS, LiDAR, video annotation, or AI/ML data services
• 2+ years in a Quality Lead / Senior Quality Analyst role

• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work hands-on in delivery-driven, high-accuracy environments
