Job Description

Lead and maintain the affiliate quality management system, including procedures, training programmes, inspection readiness activities and quality reviews
Oversee product quality activities including complaints management, deviations, recalls, quality agreements, batch release support and distributor quality governance.
Partner with commercial, logistics, customer service and regional stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance, support investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

Bachelor's degree in a science-related or relevant discipline with at least five years of quality experience within pharmaceuticals, medical devices or a related regulated industry.
Strong understanding of GMP requirements, with exposure to GDP practices, quality systems and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a global matrix environment SAP knowledge is advantageous.
