Job Description
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring casting products meet quality standards through systematic inspection and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform casting Inspection as per quality requirements
- Conduct visual inspection of castings
- Use gauges and measuring instruments for dimensional inspection as required
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports
- Re-inspect rejected castings on second stage
- Highlight rejection details to seniors and supervisors
- Carry out sorting of rejected castings as per defect type.
