Summary: Guarantee the conformity of C295 product/service to the requirement specified by our customer and Airbus, and support on qualityon time and on cost delivery by deliveringright first time to increase customer loyalty

• You will contributeto investigations and root cause analysis into reported quality/quality technical issues form the business team and customer, to ensure appropriatecontainment and archiving, corrective and curative action is taken by the accountable functionthrough multifunctional teams.

• You willperform Quality Inspection as per defined standards, FinalCheck and Attestation, Stop Points, Out of sequence work, including critical activities (when not delegated)
• You willensure Operational Surveillance (people, product and process)
• You will also provide feedback and coaching to Operations, SupportFunctions and Supplier organization on Quality issues and observations from Operational Surveillance
• You will actively participate in process improvements
• You will assure the quality feedback loop with the Serial Production in Spain, and assuring the QSR right implementation in Vadodara FAL

Key Deliverables

• Quality Inspection and attestationof supplierwork orders when not delegated
• Operational Surveillance (process, product, people)
• Optimization of InspectionActivities, fast response to quality issues and the defined KPIs to assure the processes
• Process Improvement
• Investigationand root cause analysis
• ForeignObject Damage (FOD) prevention
• Opening/Closure(or assure the process in suppliersystem) of non conformities where appropriate and support to the shop floor providing C295 expertise in Q issues
• Carrying out PredictiveQuality activities and coaching to operations

Key Accountabilities

• In the supplier facilities in Vadodara to inspect, attest and conduct surveillance, to conduct PPS, to prevent FOD, to manage Non Conformities as appropriate, to be the go to person (from Airbus) on the shop floor for Quality issues, to carry out improvement, prediction and coaching as appropiate, to assure the quality feedback loop between Vadodara FAL and San Pablo FAL.
