Quality Head- Plant

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality function and ensure compliance with ISO protocols and standards.
• Lead the Quality Assurance team with a strong focus on delivering results, high energy, and drive.
• Foster a collaborative team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
• Develop and manage vendor development and vendor quality assurance programs.
• Responsible for the release of finished products.
• Develop, approve, and implement new analysis methods.
• Drive continual improvement in quality systems, equipment, methods, and QA workflows.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety rules in the laboratory.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and manage related documentation and communications.
• Supervise quality assurance activities of external warehouses.
• Handle quality certifications, compliance audits, and training programs.

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in packaging industry quality assurance.
• Proven track record in implementing quality systems and leading teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
