About The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Quality Head to lead end-to-end Quality Management Systems within a fast-growing automotive manufacturing setup. This is a leadership role ideal for professionals with strong expertise in
IATF 16949, regulatory compliance, OEM audits, and international homologation standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
- Plan and execute:
- VSA, Carve-out, Process & Product Audits
- Layered Process Audits (LPA)
- OQA & IQC audits
- Manage Internal & External audits including IATF audits and ensure timely NC closure
- Handle customer audits and drive effective CAPA implementation
- Ensure compliance with EU Regulation 2018/858
- Coordinate with international homologation bodies such as:
- Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (KBA)
- UTAC
- TUV
- RDW
- Manage Conformity of Production (COP) activities and regulatory audits
- Ensure compliance with ECE R100 requirements
- Lead implementation of Core Quality Tools:
- PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, VDA 6.3
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using CAPA & Poka-Yoke methodologies
- Develop and monitor KPIs for process capability and product quality
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve a zero-defect culture
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong working knowledge of IATF 16949 & Automotive QMS
- Expertise in audit planning, execution & non-conformance closure
- Experience in regulatory & homologation compliance
- Risk management expertise using FMEA & process control tools
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management & OEM audit handling
- Experience with international certification bodies
- Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
Preferred Background
- Experience working with a reputed automotive OEM or Tier-1 organization
- Candidates with prior experience at large automotive component manufacturers will be highly preferred
