Krishna Global Bharat Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Executive – PDI to strengthen our final inspection and dispatch quality process for precision-engineered components supplied to leading OEMs.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all components cleared for dispatch meet customer drawings, specifications, inspection standards, and documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) as per customer drawing, control plan, inspection plan, and quality requirements.
- Verify dimensional, visual, surface finish, coating/plating, marking, packing, and documentation requirements before dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, PDI reports, dimensional reports, and dispatch quality records.
- Ensure proper identification, traceability, batch control, and customer-specific documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality, packing, and dispatch teams for timely clearance of material.
- Identify non-conformities and support corrective actions before shipment.
- Use inspection instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, thread gauges, profile projector/VMM/CMM support, surface roughness tester, etc.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IATF/IRIS quality system requirements.
- Support customer inspection visits, third-party inspections, and internal audits when required.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances, and machining symbols.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of PDI, final inspection, quality documentation, and traceability.
- Experience in machined components, railway, automotive, defence, or aerospace parts will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and inspection report preparation.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field.
