Roles:

·        Reviews design plans, process procedures, test procedures & quality manuals to understand the scope, requirements, & function of the problem.

·        Identifies root causes of problems in the production process, recommends &/or implement corrective measures.

·        Analyzes data to identify trends in product quality or defects with a goal of mitigating & preventing recurrence & future defects.

·        Supports the product development or production team by providing analysis & expertise throughout the inspection process.

·        Lab inspection & providing the reading/annexure.

·        Providing the batch numbers to the production team after the quality check.

·        Maintain the quality of goods, warehouse & manpower.

·        Other activities assigned by the management.

Lab Testing

Qualifications

• Proficient in Quality Control and Quality Auditing to ensure product and process compliance.
• Strong Quality Management skills to develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance plans and policies.
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with teams and report findings accurately.
• Knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., US-FDA compliance) and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the Food & Beverages or FMCG industry is an asset.
