Quality Monitoring & Reporting
- Receive and analyze quality indicators, trends, and departmental reports
- Review patient feedback reports received from customer care
- Monitor incident reports and assist in developing corrective and preventive action plans
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Support departments in developing and enhancing their Quality Assurance programs
- Coordinate with accreditation and certification bodies for compliance activities
Audit & Process Improvement
- Organize and conduct internal audits with the internal audit team
- Audit departments and functions based on defined quality standards
- Identify gaps and recommend process improvement initiatives
