Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing quality processes and methodologies to enhance the application lifecycle. Your role will also include defining key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, ensuring effective test execution and defect resolution, ultimately driving quality across the organization.

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Embedded Applications Testing.
• Strong understanding of various testing methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with automated testing tools and techniques.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform testing strategies.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Embedded Applications Testing.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
