Job Description
Experience: 5-8 years
Qualification: B.Tech or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts within an agile squad.
- Develop and execute test cases for both System Testing (ST) and System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Engage in test estimation, test case preparation, and execution for end-to-end, progression, and regression testing.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and squads (e.g., developers, product owners) to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate on test data management, environment setup, and configuration.
- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospectives in an Agile framework.
- Continuously improve testing processes and best practices.
Skills & Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Automation Testing frameworks such as Selenium, BDD, Cucumber, and Appium.
- Good understanding of REST Assured for API testing (plus).
- Proficiency in Java for automation scripting.
- Solid experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with JIRA for tracking bugs and managing workflows.
- Knowledge of Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Retail banking domain knowledge is a plus.
