Experience: 5-8 years

Qualification: B.Tech or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to both manual and automated testing efforts within an agile squad.
  • Develop and execute test cases for both System Testing (ST) and System Integration Testing (SIT).
  • Engage in test estimation, test case preparation, and execution for end-to-end, progression, and regression testing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and squads (e.g., developers, product owners) to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate on test data management, environment setup, and configuration.
  • Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospectives in an Agile framework.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and best practices.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Automation Testing frameworks such as Selenium, BDD, Cucumber, and Appium.
  • Good understanding of REST Assured for API testing (plus).
  • Proficiency in Java for automation scripting.
  • Solid experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Familiarity with JIRA for tracking bugs and managing workflows.
  • Knowledge of Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
  • Retail banking domain knowledge is a plus.
