Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end testing for enterprise applications across multiple platforms.
- Design, prepare, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Validate business processes, workflows, and integrations within enterprise applications.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support automation initiatives wherever applicable.
- Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and testing best practices.
- Prepare test execution reports, quality metrics, and project documentation.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in Enterprise Application Testing.
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working on Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Pega, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of automation testing frameworks will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work from any of the listed locations.
