Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional objectives. The day also includes defining and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate testing effectiveness, managing test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain product excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure consistent delivery standards.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
• Monitor project progress and quality metrics to identify risks and implement corrective actions promptly.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA.
• Strong expertise in quality engineering principles and testing methodologies applicable to software development lifecycles.
• Experience in designing and executing end-to-end testing strategies that align with business goals.
• Ability to define, track, and analyze key quality metrics to drive process improvements.
• Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to integrate quality processes across multiple disciplines.
• Competence in managing defect lifecycle and ensuring timely resolution to maintain product quality.
