Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

The day also includes managing the implementation of quality processes and methodologies, monitoring key performance indicators related to testing activities, and facilitating effective communication across teams to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter QA.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Ability to analyze complex business and functional requirements to design effective testing strategies.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving issues.
