Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

This role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes monitoring testing processes, managing key performance indicators related to test execution and defect management, and fostering collaboration among team members to maintain continuous improvement in quality assurance practices.

- Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and risk factors to stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in quality assurance activities.
