Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The lead actively manages the testing process by defining and implementing key performance metrics, monitoring test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain the overall quality standards of the project. Collaboration across teams and continuous process improvement are central to daily activities.

• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Performance Testing Strategy.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts and best practices.
• Ability to design, develop, and execute performance test scripts and scenarios.
• Experience in analyzing performance test results and identifying bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with integrating performance testing tools within continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
• This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
