Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software testing activities across enterprise applications.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Python, Java, or other relevant technologies.
• Perform API, Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and Performance Testing.
• Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Project Managers.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, testing best practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Prepare test execution reports, quality metrics, and project status updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Engineering function.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with automation frameworks and test management tools.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience leading QA teams or large-scale testing projects.
• Hands-on expertise in one or more of the listed testing technologies.
• Experience working in enterprise IT environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate or work from any of the listed locations.
