Design, develop, and maintain test automation suites (preferably using Playwright or similar tools)
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain test automation suites (preferably using Playwright or similar tools)
- Automate end-to-end workflows for applications including data ingestion, transformation, and validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, QA, DevOps) to ensure quality and scalability
- Create and manage test cases and pipelines in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Identify areas for process improvement and automation (manual → automated)
- Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, testing efficiency, and solution design
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in QA Manual & Automation / Data Engineering / SDET roles
- Hands-on experience with Playwright / Selenium / DBT/ SODA
- Experience working with Streamlit or similar data apps (preferred)
- Good understanding of API testing and data validation
- Experience with Snowflake / SQL / data pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and CI/CD
- Proficiency in Python (Good to have)
- Familiarity with AWS (S3, Glue, etc.) or similar cloud platforms
- Understanding of AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, etc.) is a plus

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Nice to Have
- Experience in end-to-end automation of data platforms
- Good Understanding of snowflake, Postgres, MS-Sql Server
