Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Quality Engineer to oversee the quality control process for
pneumatic cylinders used in
oil & gas and
automobile applications. The ideal candidate will ensure our products meet industry standards, customer specifications, and internal benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process components, and final products for dimensional accuracy and functional performance.
- Conduct quality tests on pneumatic cylinders including pressure, endurance, and leak tests.
- Develop and maintain quality documents including inspection reports, control plans, and test records.
- Coordinate with production, design, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for product and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer-specific standards.
- Handle customer feedback and support audits or technical evaluations.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of mechanical quality control processes.
- Familiarity with pneumatic systems and testing instruments.
- Knowledge of GD&T, QC tools, and documentation.
- Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
Salary Range
- ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
