Experience: 4 to 7 years in the construction of residential apartments
Location: Bengaluru
This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes construction of residential apartments . Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.
Responsibilities
1. Ensure the work done as per design drawing and specification
To monitor and inspect the site activities
Ensure the all inhouse test carried out as per inspection and plan
To ensure plumbing and electrical work as per requirement
2. Site laboratory control and Management
Ensure all the inhouse test carried out as per inspection and test plan
Developing and implementing the work and test procedure for various activities
Inspection all inward materials as per standards
3. Documentation as per standards
Ensure the documents for all site activities
Ensure the documents for safety
To maintain the test reports for inhouse and third party
4. Quality Reports
Daily quality and safety track reports
Ensure weekly and monthly quality and safety management reports
5. Training onsite persons on quality and safety practices
