Collaboration with various delivery teams is essential to ensure that the final product is reliable and ready for end users. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying potential issues early and contributing to a seamless release process through continuous communication and coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their testing skills and understanding of quality assurance practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing activities with project timelines and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing, JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and best practices.
- Ability to design comprehensive test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Experience in defect identification, documentation, and tracking.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and communication within agile delivery teams.
