Project Role : Quality Engineer (Tester)

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will enable full stack solutions through collaborative planning and integration within a multi-disciplinary team. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing across various aspects of the application lifecycle, including security, API, and regression testing. You will create automation strategies and automated scripts while supporting data and environment configuration. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and monitor defects, contributing to continuous improvement activities that enhance the end-to-end testing process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues throughout the development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - Experience with performance testing and load testing methodologies. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation. - Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
