Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary: As a Quality Engineer, you will enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites, creating automation strategies, and supporting data and environment configurations. You will also participate in code reviews and monitor defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process, ensuring that the highest quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Test / QA Automation Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated test frameworks. Experienced in automation for UI, backend, and API testing across React/Angular applications, ensuring high-quality software delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks using Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright, and Protractor. - Develop automated test scripts for React/Angular UI components using Jest with snapshot testing. - Write and maintain Java-based unit and integration tests with JUnit. - Implement API testing with REST Assured. - Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and test cases. - Execute automated regression, functional, integration, and performance testing. - Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform validation of applications. - Identify, log, and track bugs; work closely with developers for quick resolution. - Generate detailed test reports and ensure continuous monitoring of test coverage. - Support CI/CD pipelines with automated test suites for faster release cycles. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Automation frameworks: Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright, Protractor. - UI testing: React, Angular, Jest (snapshot testing). - Backend testing: Java, JUnit. - API testing: REST Assured. - Test planning and execution, regression, functional, integration, and performance testing. - Cross-browser and cross-platform testing. - CI/CD pipeline integration with automated test suites. - Bug tracking, reporting, and collaboration with development teams. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment tools. - Familiarity with API testing tools and techniques. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
