Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will enable full stack solutions through collaborative team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing across various aspects of the application lifecycle, including security, API, and regression testing. You will create automation strategies and automated scripts while supporting data and environment configuration. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and monitor defects, contributing to continuous improvement activities that enhance the end-to-end testing process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Setup, manually execute and maintain test scripts for Integration (API) Testing, System Testing and E2E Testing across different test environments
• Perform root cause analysis on test results, raise and retest defects, update test scripts
• Manage test data required for test execution
• Maintain and run regression test sets
• Provide input to and work together with test automation team for automating regression scenarios
• Perform peer-reviews
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of testing strategies to ensure quality across the application lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Software testing methodologies (ISTQB)
• Excellent manual testing skills (System Testing, Integration Testing, Acceptance Testing)
• Experience in testing web applications
• Experience in API testing (using tools like SoapUI, Postman, Swagger, Insomnia) MUST HAVE FOR AZURE TESTERS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Team player: able to work closely together with developers in an agile team
• Organizational and time management skills
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
• Results driven with good interpersonal and communication skills
• High degree of independence with collaboration ability (individual contributor & team player)
• Good customer orientation with focus on providing solutions
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Strong understanding of API testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with security testing practices.

• Automotive domain knowledge in after sales process
• Experience in testing or working with Salesforce or other CRM applications
• Experience in working agile (SAFe, Scrum)
• Experience in using Jira as Test Management tool
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
