Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Test Complete, Cypress etc. to ensure coverage related to ART deliverables.
- Identify the right tool for automation of scenarios and explore AI based automation.
- Work on test coverage improvement projects (strategic/client) driven to contribute towards inflow reduction.
- Monitor quality parameters on internal defect clearance, integration of code into latest development release and process adherence to ensure quality across SDLC.
- Participate in regular RCA discussions and contribute towards implementation of Preventive Actions.
- Embrace a regressionbased approach and aim for DoItRighttheFirstTime to ensure efficient, highquality deliveries.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- UI Testing and Automation Capabilities.
- Automation experience with at least 2 tools (Test Complete, Selenium, external AI tools)
- Knowledge/Prior Work Experience in Temenos Digital Banking preferred
- Programming knowledge in Java / Python / JavaScript (added advantage)
- Tools: JIRA, Git, CI/CD tools, Postman (any one preferred)
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
