Quality Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role based in Bengaluru. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards for an ongoing CPWD civil works contract, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Daily activities include conducting inspections, monitoring product and process quality, documenting findings, and collaborating with project teams to resolve quality-related issues. The role involves developing and improving quality procedures, creating test plans, analyzing data to identify trends, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The Quality Engineer will also support audits, assist in training team members on quality practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall project performance.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Product Quality, including testing, inspection, and documentation.
• Candidate should be proficient in using standard softwares used in a construction site
• Relevant experience in engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality methodologies (e.g., ISO, GRIHA, IGBC) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail, and uphold high quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
