About The Role
Job Summary
Responsible for QA / QC, Quality Documents, Claims handling, Root cause analysis, Repair services of Pumps & Turbo machinery at both the service centers Vadodara & Chennai.
- Inspection of received pumps/ turbo services for refurbishment at our service centers
- Dismantling report generation elaborating the repairs possibility and define the scope of repair.
- Non destructive testing as when applicable
- Generation order specific QAP and ensure the operations are executed as per QAP.
- NCR management & RCA for any nonconformity
- Customer complaints & warranty handling
- Maintaining the ISO documents for IMS certification
- Involve and arrange TPI / Customer witness as requirement.
- Pre-dispatch inspection and clearance with documents.
- Adhere the safety compliance are being maintained during the operations and execution in service center.
- Familiar with quality measurement standard instruments like, roughness measurement, MRO/ ERO, hardness tester, PMI machines.
- Knowledge of ASME, ISO standards & balancing standards
Desired Experience And Qualifications
Work experience: 8+ Years (preferably) experience as a Quality Engineer from pumps background & rotary equipments
Expertise: Quality assurance, Root cause analysis
Education: Level: Degree or Diploma in mechanical
Certifications: ASNT level-2
Languages: Hindi/ English/ Gujarati (Preferred)
Soft skills: Micro soft Office/ SAP (Preferred)
