Description
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous testing and quality control processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Analyze data and produce reports on quality metrics and trends.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
- Proficiency in quality management systems and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
