Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer - Pega to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing Pega applications, validating business processes, and ensuring the quality of enterprise-grade solutions. The role requires strong expertise in manual testing, defect management, and a solid understanding of Pega Platform concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of Pega applications across various business processes and workflows.
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
  • Validate case management workflows, business rules, and application functionality.
  • Conduct functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
  • Perform backend validation using SQL queries.
  • Validate APIs and integrations between Pega and external systems.
  • Identify, track, and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Participate in test planning, defect triage, and release validation activities.
  • Ensure application quality and compliance with business requirements.
