Quality Engineer

Job Location: Ambernath (East)

Pay: ₹3,00,000.00 - ₹5,50,000.00 per year

Qualification - Diploma / BE - Mechanical

Experience - 2 - 6 years in similar industry

NDT Level II preferred.

Job Responsibilities

1. Review of drawings, MDS and approved QAP.

2. Inspection and monitoring of activities in compliance with QAP.

3. Coordination with Client, TPI and other concern departments to fulfill the execution QC activities and complete within schedule as per production planning.

4. Material coordination inspection of materials & review MTC's as per applicable codes & specifications.

5. Stage inspection such as fit up weld visual, NDT and final dimension check for piping, structural and pressure vessel fabrication.

6. Monitoring quality of various welding processes.

7. Preparing as BUILT Drawing and sending the same with final dossiers to H.O for final As BUILT Copy.

8. Blasting, painting inspection (before, during and after) and related testing like DFT for various fabricated items.

9. To record / witness hydro test / pneumatic test of pressure vessel.

10. Preparation of internal inspection reports as per QAP.

11. In process inspection of equipment on the shop floor.

12. Final inspection of equipment on the shop floor.

13. Radiography offering.

14. Radiography film review.

15. Third party inspection offering mail.

16. Third party maintaining / receiving.

17. Prepare QAP as per drawing and specification.

18. Production schedule / Micro planning inspection.

19. Preparation of in process inspection reports.

20. Prepare final inspection reports.

21. Preparation of final dossiers documents.

22. To mail approved name plate proofs to name plate supplier and crosscheck the same after receipt of name plate as per requirement.
