Quality Engineer (Java, Selenium, Rest Assured & Automation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
• Perform manual and automated API testing using Rest Assured, Postman, Karate, etc.
• Write clean test automation code in Java.
• Analyze test logs, report bugs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Test across platforms including Android Studio, XCode, and tools like Charles Proxy, ADB.
• Work in an Agile environment with Dev, QA, Product, and DevOps teams.
• Conduct backend testing and validate using SQL/DB queries.

Good to Have:

• Experience with NoSQL, security testing, and Unix scripting.
• Familiarity with tools like Kibana, Grafana, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Crashlytics.
• Knowledge of NFR testing (battery, data usage, crash monitoring).
• Exposure to performance testing with JMeter, Gatling, or Golang tools.
