Job Description
Job Requirements
2–4 years in manufacturing / assembly (DG, automotive, or similar preferred),
- Quality Control & Inspection
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Develop and maintain inspection plans and checklists
- Monitor critical parameters (alignment, torque, electrical performance)
- Process Quality Assurance
- Implement and maintain Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001
- Conduct process audits and ensure SOP adherence
- Drive standardization of assembly processes
- Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
- Investigate defects and failures
- Use tools like:
- Root Cause Analysis
- Fishbone Diagram
- 5 Whys
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Supplier Quality Management
- Evaluate and monitor supplier quality
- Handle incoming material issues
- Conduct supplier audits and improvements
- Testing & Validation
- Oversee DG testing (load test, noise, vibration)
- Ensure compliance with performance standards
- Maintain testing records and reports
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain quality records, reports, and KPIs
- Prepare inspection reports and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
- Track rejection, rework, and defect trends
- Continuous Improvement
- Lead quality improvement initiatives
- Apply tools like:
- Lean Manufacturing
- Six Sigma
- Reduce defects and improve process efficiency
2–4 years in manufacturing / assembly (DG, automotive, or similar preferred),
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (assembly lines preferred)
- Understanding of drawings and tolerances
- Problem-solving and analytical skills(8D,CAPA,Why-why analysis)
- Familiarity with quality tools and standards
- Good communication and Excel & Power point
