1. A candidate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality- Engine Assembly and Engine Hot/Cold Test processes.
2. Knowledge in Problem solving tools and techniques (7QC, 8D) and Power BI is added advantage.
3. Utilize quality tools for evaluation and issue resolution.
4. Analyze warranty claims coding and support customer quality issues
5. Create and manage quality alerts (JDAAT / AMES) and Q-Notes
6. Prepare ISIRs, part ballooning and manage ECM changes
7. Prepare and Maintain customer quality reports and dashboards in Power BI
8. Support root cause analysis, containment and corrective actions
9. Monitor FPY, OEE and support engine assembly & hot/cold test processes
10. Good English communication and the ability to handle the project independently with minimal guidance.
