Responsibility of Quality Incharge(QAQC) Prepare PQP ,(Project Quality Plan), ITP(Inspection & test Plan), List of Submission as per client requirement Prepare Monthly Qualtiy Report Prepare Shuttering design scheme & approval Get approval of Mix Design from Client Prepare of MAS, MIR method statement & other submittals Closing NCR & MOM as per client requirement Mainting Steel & concrete register Cube testing in lab and maintain cube result in soft copy. Coordinate with Client for Quality assurance checking Get MTC reports from Third Party Maintain documents of Quality Labs ( registers of Cube tank Cleaning, Temperature Monitoring Etc) Prepare Method Statements as per site requirments
