Key Requirements:

• BE/Diploma in Mechanical
• 2–6 years in metrology (CMM-based inspection)
• Strong knowledge of:
• GD&T & drawing reading
• Hands-on experience:
• CMM machines: FARO, Zeiss, Hexagon
• Software: PC-DMIS, Calypso, CAM2
• Exposure to calibration & SAP preferred
• Job location is Coimbatore.
• Notice period: 30 days-60 days as the project will start on 1st july.
• Interview Mode: Two virtual rounds: the first with Trigo's internal Manager and the second with the Client's Manager.
• WFO (6 days working)

Job Title: Quality Engineer (CMM)

Reporting to: Project Manager / Site Manager

Location of activity: Coimbatore

2. POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications & Experience

• BE or Diploma (or higher), in Mechanical engineering.

• Two to Six years of experience in the area of Metrology in a manufacturing

environment, using CMM's.

• Experience in Metrology dept, standards room preferred

• Technology knowledge and experience of working on / operating precision

measuring equipment essential.

• Experienced in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project);

• Exposure to SAP will be added advantage

Knowledge & Competencies

• Knowledge of drawing reading and understanding and measuring GD & T

required

• Should have hands on experience in operation and programming of CMM's like

FARO, Zeiss and Hexagon

• Should have knowledge and experience in operation and programming using

CMM software's like CAM2, Calypso and PCDMIS.

• Should be able to read understand drawings, make CMM inspection program and

validate the program

• Knowledge / Exposure to Calibration of CMM preferred

• Flexible and willing to work in Matrix organisation structure.

Soft Skills

• Capable to work in team and independently too.

• Good oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write technical

reports.
