Position Summary Join our Agile team to ensure high-quality delivery of healthcare software products. You'll design and execute manual and automated tests, contribute to performance testing, and collaborate across teams to drive quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and run manual and automated test cases using RubyMine and RSpec.
- Conduct defect analysis and root cause investigations.
- Collaborate with domain experts to validate technical accuracy.
- Support performance testing (JMeter) and test planning (Azure DevOps).
- Review documentation and mentor junior QA engineers.
- Report test results and risks to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in software QA; 2+ years in Ruby Mine test automation.
- Experience with manual, exploratory, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with RDBMS, Jenkins, REST API testing, and communication protocols.
- Proficient with AI prompt engineering.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.
- Bachelor's in Software Engineering or related field.
Preferred
- Background in healthcare or scientific software.
- Knowledge of lab workflows and regulatory standards (US, UK, EU).
- Experience with cloud-based testing and performance tools.
