Role & Responsibilities:-
- Final Inspection Of Fabrication To Check the Material as per the drawing & SO along with the standards complying with the same To Check the fitments of the fabricated Items (Especially the Totems, Monolith, Air Sign, Lube display etc.
- Implementation of Transfer slip/ Quality Sticker Monitoring the tagging of Quality Sticker/Tag on correct material and verifying the records.
- Timely Inspection Identifying the priority and doing the timely inspection and clearing the requisite lots in the ERP. Passing only the non-defective material to the next stage.
- Powder Coating Process Control Ensuring/Monitoring the P.T. process parameters so that non-defective product is produced
- Manpower management Providing training to increase the competency level among Q.C. inspectors. Creating awareness about safety among Q.C. inspectors. Raising the deviation and monitoring the CAPA effectiveness for defects obs. In PDI. Taking Trials for defect reduction Responsible for Toolbox Talks in the department.
- Involve in TPI inspection, prepare TPI documents. Drawing verification, trails for fitment and functionality.
- Documentation Maintaining the Q.C. records for the powder coating and PDI inspection so that whenever required is readily available.
- Inspecting as per the SO and relevant drawings
Preferred Skills:-
- Have Knowledge about Fabrication, Powder Coating.
- Sound Knowledge of Measuring instruments(Measuring Tape, Vernier, Micrometre)
- Able to understand fabrication drawings. 4) Able to work on shop floor.
