Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in Mumbai.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of construction
materials and processes. This role requires a meticulous professional with a keen eye for detail and a
strong analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting quality tests of construction materials to ensure they meet the required standards and
specifications.
- Performing quality inspections at various stages of the construction process.
- Implementing quality control procedures to maintain high standards of production.
- Addressing and resolving any quality-related issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Liaising with the project team and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are understood and
met.
- Utilizing quality management systems/software to track, analyze, and report on quality-related
matters.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge and experience with quality management systems/software will be considered a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely
analyses.
