Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements in the defence & aerospace industry.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain supplier quality plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality components from vendors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall product reliability.
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field (Defence & Aerospace).
- Strong understanding of quality control processes, including auditing, inspection, testing, and documentation.
- Experience working with suppliers in the Defence & Aerospace industry is essential.
