About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer - Quality in the Automotive Wiring Harness/Cable Harness domain who will be responsible for ensuring quality inspections and process compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Handle quality inspections and ensure process compliance.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement CAPA.
  • Prepare and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
  • Support PPAP activities and New Product Development (NPD) processes.
  • Perform process audits and line audits.
  • Drive rejection reduction and PPM improvement initiatives.
  • Manage calibration activities and quality documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with Production, NPD, and Customer teams for quality improvement.

Qualifications

Experience: 4 - 8 years

Industry preference: Automotive Wiring Harness/Automotive Cable Harness/Automotive Manufacturing
