Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You actively engage in planning and integrating various components within the development ecosystem to ensure seamless operation. Your role includes continuous testing activities that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression scenarios. You develop and maintain automation strategies and scripts while managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the testing lifecycle to uphold high-quality standards throughout the application development process.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize testing processes and enhance automation frameworks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting languages related to Selenium.
• Experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment environments.
• Ability to design and implement test automation strategies for various testing types including security and regression.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools and version control systems.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
