Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. This position requires active participation in reviewing code, developing automation strategies, and managing test environments to support efficient and effective testing processes. The Quality Engineer plays a vital role in identifying and reporting issues, contributing to ongoing improvements that enhance overall product reliability and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to design and implement automation frameworks that improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals and timelines.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
• Strong experience in designing and executing test plans for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts to support continuous testing initiatives.
• Familiarity with test environment setup, data configuration, and management to ensure accurate test execution.
• Experience in collaborating with development teams during code reviews to identify potential quality issues early.
• Skilled in defect tracking, reporting, and driving resolution through effective communication and follow-up.

• This position is based at our Pune office.
