Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with a diverse team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive solutions. You engage in continuous testing activities focusing on various aspects such as security and application programming interfaces, while also developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts. Your role includes supporting data and environment configurations, actively participating in code reviews, and monitoring the quality of deliverables. You contribute to identifying and reporting defects, fostering ongoing improvements throughout the entire application lifecycle to uphold high standards of quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of quality processes.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on quality practices.
• Continuously monitor testing outcomes and suggest improvements to optimize the testing lifecycle.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Security.
• Strong understanding of security testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in developing and executing automated test scripts for continuous testing.
• Familiarity with API testing and regression testing techniques.
• Ability to analyze defects and participate in root cause analysis to support quality improvements.
• Knowledge of environment and data configuration to support testing activities.
