Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that integrate various components of the application ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination across different disciplines. Throughout the day, you focus on maintaining high standards of quality by continuously testing various aspects of the software, including security and application programming interfaces. You also develop and refine automation strategies and scripts, while managing data and environment configurations. Your role includes reviewing code, tracking issues, and contributing to ongoing improvements in the testing lifecycle to support reliable and efficient software releases.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing activities with project goals.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Monitor testing progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance overall quality and delivery timelines.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing.
• Experience in designing and executing test cases for various testing types including regression, security, and API testing.
• Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and scripting languages relevant to Salesforce environments.
• Ability to configure and manage test data and environments to support continuous testing efforts.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and reporting tools to facilitate effective communication and resolution.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
