Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless integration within the development ecosystem. Your role includes executing continuous testing cycles focused on various aspects such as security and application programming interfaces, while also maintaining and evolving automated testing frameworks. You actively participate in reviewing code, tracking issues, and providing valuable feedback to foster ongoing improvements throughout the entire testing lifecycle, contributing significantly to the overall quality and reliability of the software products.

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing strategies with project goals.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of test environments and data configurations to support automation efforts.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously monitor testing processes and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies including regression, functional, and security testing.
• Ability to analyze and report defects clearly to facilitate prompt resolution.
• Familiarity with environment setup and data configuration to support automated testing frameworks.
• Experience participating in code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
