Project Role : Quality Engineer

Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

• Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate and triage internally reported issues across the platform s product portfolio, delivering confirmed reproduction status and log analysis with supporting evidence.
• Provide categorized analysis of validated issues, including classification (UI, functional, backend, performance, etc.) and distinction between bugs, feature requests, and product feedback.
• Conducting quality assessments and vendor audits.
• Implementing continuous improvement programs.
• Monitoring and analyzing quality metrics.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Transform raw issue reports into engineering-ready specifications with enhanced clarity, completeness, and actionable detail.
• Identify and report systemic or recurring issue patterns with analytical insights.
• Deliver regular reporting on triage outcomes, trends, root cause analysis, and recommendations for process optimization.
• Ensure data privacy and security compliance for all user content, in accordance with platform standards.
• Meet and exceed SLAs and KPIs as defined by the program.
• Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor s degree in computer science or related technical field.
• Shift Timings: Night Shift, 8:30 Pm to 53:0 Am.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in debugging, troubleshooting, or technical workflows.
• Proficiency in querying structured data (e.g., SQL), log analysis tools, and dashboard creation.
• QA automation , Selenium and other suitable automation skills
• Ability to interpret and validate API functionality and request/response payloads.
• Exposure to metrics and dashboard tools to support data-informed triage.
• Understanding of priority/severity frameworks and classification schemas.
• Prior exposure to triaging infrastructure or algorithmic issues (ranking, backend performance).
• Understanding of A/B testing mechanisms and their impact on product reliability.
• Understanding of GenAI concepts (prompt engineering, LLM behavior, model evaluation) and popular GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, 15 years full time education
