Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of full stack solutions. You engage in planning activities that span multiple disciplines, focusing on accelerating project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. Your work includes continuous testing efforts that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. You develop and implement automation strategies and scripts, while also managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, you actively participate in code reviews, track and report defects, and contribute to ongoing improvements in testing processes to support the overall success of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design and maintain automated test frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams to facilitate timely resolution of issues.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with complex testing scenarios.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks relevant to full stack environments.
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to design and implement comprehensive test strategies including security and regression testing.
• Familiarity with API testing and environment configuration management.
• Skilled in analyzing code quality and participating effectively in code review processes.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
