Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Good to have skills : Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional

Summary:

As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that ensure the seamless integration of various components within the application ecosystem. The role focuses on accelerating delivery timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Daily activities include continuous testing efforts covering security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites, alongside developing and maintaining automation frameworks. The position also involves active participation in code reviews, defect monitoring, and reporting to foster ongoing enhancements in testing processes and overall product reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing activities with project goals and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of test plans, cases, and results to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing, Functional Test Planning, Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional.
• Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks relevant to Salesforce environments.
• Experience in designing and executing comprehensive test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot defects effectively, ensuring timely resolution and quality delivery.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing workflows.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
